Please confirm your membership category when you register. IEEE member rates include: Associate Member, Fellow, Honorary, Life Fellow, and Senior Member. Student member rates include: graduate students, undergraduate students, Life Members and Senior Life Members. Non-Member categories also include IEEE EMB Affiliate Membership.

Note: Any registered attendee wishing to bring a guest to the conference dinner may pay the extra dinner fee ($100) in the registration process or pay on site.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATION POLICY: General attendees and authors are eligible for a registration refund if they cancel on the Cvent website by 28, September 2018 and will incur a processing fee of $50. There are no registration refunds after 28, September 2018 11:59pm PDT.
You can modify or cancel your registration using the “Already Registered?” link on the registration site.
If you are an author submitting a paper, you must pay the registration fee before submitting the final version of your paper. Authors who have uploaded their FINAL papers are NOT entitled to any refunds.
